Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
A: Yes! If you're located near West Des Moines, Clive, or Waukee, Iowa, we offer free local pickup or delivery for a small fee within 24 hours of your purchase. Simply select “local pickup” at checkout or message us to arrange delivery—we’ll even refund your shipping charge if local delivery is chosen afterward.
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: We sure do! All floral designs and vintage-inspired pieces are carefully packaged and shipped across the U.S. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. We will be happy to include a personal message with the order if shipped to someone special.
Q: Are your floral arrangements real or faux?
A: Our creations feature silk, dried, and preserved florals—crafted to last and styled with natural textures and seasonal charm. We do not offer fresh floral delivery at this time. However, we still provide fresh florals for special weddings.
Q: Can I request a custom floral piece?

Q: What’s the difference between what’s in your boutique vs. what’s online?
A: Our Painted Tree boutique (Booth F24 in Clive, Iowa) features seasonal displays and curated designs you can shop in person. Our online boutique includes over 150 items—many of which are not available in-store. Both locations are updated regularly.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will inform you of the next steps from there.
